When your order is sent, you get a tracking link. Open it in any browser to follow your driver live on the map, with an expected arrival time. No app or sign-up needed.
Yes. Turn on SMS updates from your tracking link and we text you when your order is on the way, nearby, arrived and delivered. You choose when the "driver nearby" alert comes, from 0.1 to 0.5 miles away, so you're ready at the door.
Yes. Address searches aren't always exact, so you can move your door pin on the map and choose the best place for the driver to park. If you change the parking spot, the driver is told straight away.
Every MyRabbit driver has MyRabbit stickers on the car and wears a MyRabbit cap, so you can recognise them from your window or doorbell camera before you open the door.
No. When a driver calls you, the number is masked, so nobody's personal number is shared. You can also message the driver from your tracking page.
No. One driver handles one delivery and goes straight to your door. No stops for other orders on the way.
£5.00 for up to 1 mile, then £2.00 for every extra mile. For example, 1.5 miles is £6.00 and 2 miles is £7.00. You always see the exact price before you confirm.
Anything that fits in a car boot, within these limits: each item up to 100 × 50 × 50 cm and 10 kg, and up to 6 items per order with a total weight of up to 50 kg.
